A young intern is working the late shift in the emergency room one night, when a panic stricken gentleman comes running in. "Doctor, you have to help me!" he says. "What is the problem?" replies the doctor.

So the man drops his pants, bends over, and the verse of an old Willie Nelson song can be heard from his rectum:

"One the road again, I can't wait to get on the road again..."

The young intern is astounded. He pages for the head of proctology, who hurries down to the ER. Upon arriving, he asks what the problem is. The patient again drops his pants to demonstrate, bends over, and again the song plays:

"One the road again, I can't wait to get on the road again..."

The older doctor gives an exasperated look to the young intern and asks, "Son, where did you go to medical school? Didn't they teach you that any asshole can sing Country music??"
